1. Service Agreement
Procrete agrees to provide imprinted concrete driveway and patio installation services as outlined in the provided quotation. Payments will be due as verbally agreed, with the final installment required upon completion of sealing.

2. Provisional Costs (P.C.)
Provisional costs are estimates, subject to adjustment based on final work. The quotation reflects the costs for wages, materials, and taxes at the time of quoting. Changes to costs may occur if the project extends beyond six months.

3. Planning Permissions
The Purchaser is responsible for obtaining and paying for any planning permissions or permits required for the project.

4. Site Access and Preparations
Procrete will take care to minimize disruptions during the installation process. The Purchaser must ensure safe access to the site and take necessary precautions to protect the area from unauthorized access.

5. Delays and Extensions
Procrete is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as inclement weather, disputes, or site conditions. Reasonable extensions to the completion date will be provided as needed.

6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, payment cannot be withheld except for a reasonable valuation of any disputed work.

7. Site Conditions
The quotation assumes normal ground conditions for excavation. If unforeseen obstacles, such as rock, unstable ground, or utilities are encountered, additional charges will apply.

8. Responsibility for Damage
Procrete is not responsible for damage caused by others during or after installation. The Purchaser must protect the site during and after the installation.

9. Cracking
While all precautions are taken to prevent cracking, Procrete cannot guarantee that no cracks will form due to the natural settling of the concrete.

10. Surface and Colour Variations
Slight variations in colour, texture, and surface depth may occur due to the nature of the materials and processes used.

11. Slip Resistance
Procrete uses high-quality anti-slip sealers, but cannot guarantee that all areas will remain slip-free.

12. Drainage
Drainage will be installed per Procrete’s specifications. If the Purchaser requests a custom drainage solution, Procrete will not be liable for any resulting issues.

13. Access and Utilities
The Purchaser must provide access to the worksite and ensure availability of utilities such as electricity and water. Any costs due to lack of access or services will be charged to the Purchaser.

14. Use of Chemicals
Procrete is not responsible for damage caused by salt or other chemicals used on the surface.

15. Contract Cancellation
This verbal contract is not subject to cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable once preparation work begins.

16. Unsatisfactory Survey
If a site survey reveals unsuitable conditions, Procrete reserves the right to cancel the contract within 28 days.

17. Extra Work
Any additional work requested by the Purchaser will be confirmed in writing by Procrete and charged accordingly.

18. Material Ownership
All materials and equipment used in the project remain the property of Procrete until full payment is made.

19. Photography
Procrete reserves the right to take photographs of the installation process and finished work for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

20. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the quote and contracting Procrete, the Purchaser confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
